although its new but crowd wasn't that good so work there goes the same.
I want somehow like Taylormade company.
Its nice to work there with so fun colleagues though store are quiet, there's entertainment. haha!

Coodinate Interaction with Customers
this module mostly based on work group, role play and individual workplace.
Its pretty fast though for 5lessons?
yes and last lesson was LGA - a video clip being shown and we were given an SOP to go through and a checklist to tick either YES/NO and Remarks to be written!
whhoO- its kindy like observsation.
Easy hahaha. and another verbal LGA with lecturer.
She go through the checklist, and ask some questions regarding current work.
yep, then she shook my hand!!~

friday;
found out that BB left eye was smaller then the other.
then notice that its swollen..
@night grandma and mum gave this idea of boil tea to wash her eye.
I'm not around as I got night class, and that night went macy's house to bai-nian with god-pa.
(I'll remember we played 21dots)

saturday;
thought see BB eye can open bigger alr..
but then when feel it, its like a blue black
her skin tone is pink, and there's patch of black.
decide to bring her to vet on sunday, we all agreed

sunday;
in the morning!!
got a SHOCK MAN. hahha
BB's bleeding. Its from her swollen cheek.
outcome was 1hole with bleed, its stinks.
dad ask aunt fetch me-bro&gf to serangoon north VET.
MT ... waited for half hour before visting vet
shop with my aunt then pick them.
they shave BB's left cheek, now its more obvious to see the hole.
but haiyo, her face alr not nice with the botak patch
reason for swollen: tooth infection causes.
omg, didnt believe it. didn't brush teeth lol
BB was given injection and medicine and after 9pm no food allow.
got to starve her, so poor thing ):
cause MONDAY going do tooth surgery!!
"pluck teeth"

morning class, didnt sent BB to VET.
9.30am dad sent her.was told they've to check dog condition whether is she healthy or not before they proceed with surgery.
if they call meaning, not applicable for surgery.
if never call, means BB is healthy and they can proceed.
3.30pm dad call to say that we can fetch BB back.
meet dad outside the VET, he reach at 4pm
I reach after 4.30pm whereby they close for break!
now waiting for time to pass, 6pm then open.

1st day bai-nian, @night went butter factory till 3am, but 5am reach home.
2nd day bai-nian till 1am.
3rd day bai-nian, half-dinner @east coast with dad's friends and went vivian's house till 4am home.
4th day, i'm home. Not enough sleep leh lol but mahjong addictive me. whereby i know abit but I don't know how win money?
hahaha I want to learn more. good and bad I know.

hmms, started Advanced Cert in Retail Supervision on 11Jan2010.
It'll take up to 4months to complete.
neither a "C" or "NYC" for 4core 2electives modules.
Each module 4-5 classes with 1assessement, 1 final assessment!
final assessment is most important, must get a "C".
after-which can upgraded Dip in Retail Management

for now, things still getting on hand.

took bus bus-plate number and seats numbers,
took 7am bus from beach road to tuas checkpoint,
passport to scan identify and check bag.
and hours of journey up the hill~
lucky got TV programs entertainment ..

stop at malaysia drop-off point for break,
and continue journey ..
stop at Gas station, again for break and now ..
time to go up genting. haha!

reached Genting around 1pm noon,
went for Pizza Hut makan,
queue up and wait for number to get room, checked-in
went to explore around- shops, theme park, makan area, casino ..
wanted to buy tickets for theme park but due to rain and thick fog,
operators cancelled. no theme park LOL

went back hotel, we shower and out for midnight movie
1.30am Bodyguards and Assassins !!! RM13.00
freezing till shiver omg.
1st part of movie, we fell asleep!! LOL
after that behind, WAHH all enjoying already .. nice ^^

Isetan Private Sale @Shaw House
Its only open to the Isetan card members.
8.00am have to reach!!
and when I'm entering the security entrance, long queue outside Isetan and each people have to show the member card and they got a carrier to put their purchase items.
okay, its the first time I looking at this spectular crowds at Isetan.
I in-charge of apparels. and each customer been given a sales slip when he/she bought adidas items.

They've alot of cashiers counters, Isetan staffs being transferred to here for help. Luckily mostly are temp, if not everything we does, all mix to trouble.

EX: We open and gave the sales slip to customers with their purchased apparels. They took it and went cashier counter. Cashier are to either key in or scan the price tag of apparels.
*sales slip is for each department/brands to keep the records of sales.
Okay, so beside each cashier, there IS a PACKER
Packer are supposed to count check/double check the items cashier scanned before packing them.

(evening time) 1japanese couple bought 1top from us, as usual open sales slip and pass put it together with apparel. what the cashier do? She KEY in the sale slip and scanned the price tag, where goes wrong? She charge the customer 2TIMES for the apparel. customer went to clarify with the CASHIER, cashier say no wrong. CUSTOMERs got angry as communciation break down. so NIKE-(BMW) went to check it out, and expain to customers. Okay, so have to void and re-key in. NIKE-bmw kept saying "sorry" to japanese customer, japanese customer say that cashier woman keep saying she didn't key wrong and refuse to apologize and jap customer wants a apologies from CASHIER. finally she apologize!
then NIKE-bmw yaya lor.. shoot till us Adidas lor. They fact is we didn't did anything wrong.
after which another customer bought our apparels, I lead her the way to the SAME CASHIER, guess what she say? Apparel and slip put together (something like this) If not like just now what happen.. An car accident occurred on Friday night 2.30am+
The loud braking and bang make us sense that something had happen.
look out from windows, can't really see as its 4th house away.
mum went out to look as dad's car park along the road-lane.
neighbours also went out to look, check out for their cars
all safe. .. but it smells smelly, some rubber smell ):
Its so strong, front of the car is damaged.
this time is car bang with taxi- some signals went wrong with 'em.

(this is the 2nd accident happen)
the 1st was that car bang to my neighbour house outside
and kanna my neighbour's both cars.
that driver said to be avoid some animal but he seems drunk.

then I itchy mouth say "open" & it OPENED

hahaha & my hp was with her @that moment
we use sign language saying: meet @next station ..
then the DOOR OPEN AGAIN.. faster star pulled me in~
